Reshmi is a research-driven professional who brings depth, structure, and originality to Dee-Cognito’s mental health content. With an M.Phil in Consulting Psychology and experience across individual and government-backed projects, she excels in research design, data interpretation, psychological assessment, and academic writing. As an educator, she bridges theory and practice with clarity, having guided undergraduate and postgraduate learners in areas like social psychology, research methodology, and psychological testing.

At Dee-Cognito, Reshmi plays a key role in shaping our knowledge ecosystem—developing structured, evidence-based mental health content that reflects both scientific integrity and learner relevance. Her focused mindset and reflective thinking align seamlessly with our mission to make psychology approachable, credible, and continuously evolving.

Mufeeda Farsana A

Learning Experience specialist

Mufeeda blends academic rigor with creative thinking to design meaningful and accessible learning experiences at Dee-Cognito. With an M.Phil in Psychology and currently pursuing her Ph.D., she has taught in leading academic institutions and contributed to research projects supported by government and academic bodies. Her strengths lie in adolescent engagement, educational psychology, curriculum development, and paper presentations at national-level seminars, where she explores real-world applications of psychological theory.

At Dee-Cognito, Mufeeda leads the creation of psychoeducational tools and structured content that empower learners across contexts. Her ambition, clarity, and deep-rooted belief in student-centred learning make her an integral part of our mission to transform education through psychology.

Sruthy Murali

Consultant Psychologist (Parent–Child Intervention Specialist)

Sruthy is trained in research methods, evidence-based interventions, and counseling theories from the University of Oregon, USA, enabling her to translate theory into effective practice. She has supported parents and children through RUBI Parent Training for families of children with autism spectrum disorders and rare conditions involving behavioral challenges. Her work at Dr. Stephanie Shire’s lab further deepened her expertise in autism interventions and special needs care.

She has also served as an ICDS Supervisor, providing psychoeducation to women and children, and collaborated with Lt Dr Sanjeev V Thomas at SCTIMST, where she worked on psychological testing and maternal health in epilepsy. While her core strength lies in parent–child interventions, Sruthy also has broad experience working with adults across clinical and community contexts.
